Spring is in the air and what better way to celebrate than with a Fashion show! Barbara Hopp, owner of The Barbara Friday Collection, will present “Everything we Love About Spring”, colorful, breezy fashions modeled by Newcomer members.
After a successful career for over 20 years as a retailer in Montgomery Village (Barbara Friday Weekend Wear), she closed her store and reinvented her business to a Pop-Up format. Now Barbara sells her fashions in hotels, country clubs, adult living communities and private homes, targeting the baby boomer woman and beyond. “Just because we aren’t 30 anymore doesn’t mean we still don’t want to look good. And we can!”
“The Barbara Friday Collection interprets current fashion in age-appropriate styles that are flattering, easy care and affordable”, says Barbara. “I love working with women and seeing the confidence and delight that comes with finding styles that look good on them. Often our Pop-Ups turn into a party with women connecting over fashion. Probably my favorite part of the business is presenting fashion shows because clothes look so much better on real women than on hangers. I’m so happy to have the opportunity once again to present Spring Fashion to the Santa Rosa Newcomers. I myself have been a member since 2011 and totally love this group.” Fashions available for sale after the show in sizes xs-xl. As always, guests are welcome.
